Yes, we charge a nominal fee based on the total weight of your order.

Gardenbox.me has tied up with TFM Couriers, they deliver in 2 working days of placing order. The rates are subsidised compared to other courier company charge.

Orders should be placed before 11 am to receive delivery next day.

Order weight computes the delivery cost.
Charges:
Every consignment 0-5 kg = 20 aed (Mandatory Basic cost)
Weight more than 5 kg is valued 1 aed per kg.

Example:
10 kg order will cost
0- 5 kg = 20 aed
Extra 5 kg = 5 aed
Total = 25 aed.

If you order 2 types of gardenbeds on same day, courier charge would b based on total weight and not as 2 seperate orders. You will save 20 aed on the second order.
Please note order has to be placed together to save 20 aed charged for first 5 kg charge.

Yes. We have a valid Professional license from DED Govt of Dubai.

Due to the highly customized creation of each and every one of our handmade pieces
– returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged. We know it
can be extremely upsetting to receive a damaged item! We will do absolutely
everything we can to ensure your concerns are handled promptly!

Wood colours may vary as they depends on the grains of the wood used. We have
used only White wood. They are meant exclusively for outdoors. They are rot resistant
and sustainable for extreme weathers. Everything we make is sanded smooth and
finished with 2 coats of protection to get a durable and beautiful finish., so no splinters!
Back is water proofed with a black coat of organic outdoor paint.

Please note that wood is a natural product and can show imperfections.
